Moving your reseller hosting account to DataPacket is easy, and we’re here to help you every step of the way.
If your old hosting company also uses Plesk, and the version they use is compatible with ours, we can move your accounts for you for free. Just let us know and we’ll take care of it.
If your old provider uses a different control panel like cPanel or DirectAdmin, you can still move to DataPacket without too much trouble. First, you’ll need to create the user accounts and domains in your new Plesk account with us. After that, you can use the built-in Plesk migration tools to copy your website files, WordPress databases, and email from the old server.
If you have other types of databases that aren’t WordPress, you can move those using phpMyAdmin, which is also included with Plesk.
