This error happens when your web browser gets confused because of a cookie problem. Cookies are small bits of data your browser saves to help websites remember you, but sometimes they can cause mix-ups.
To fix it, you just need to clear your cookies. Go to your web browser’s settings, find the option to clear your cookies or browsing data, and clear it. After that, close your browser completely and open it again.
Then, log in again and try to use Sitejet from just one place, either from your Plesk panel or from your client area. It's best not to switch back and forth between the two, because that’s what usually causes the error.
Once you clear the cookies and stick to using just one way to open Sitejet, it should work just fine.
