  • 79

If you've decided to cancel your DataPacket service, we've created this guide to walk you through the process. Please read this article thoroughly to ensure your cancellation request is processed efficiently.

Account Cancellation Process:

To cancel your account, follow these steps:

1. Log into your DataPacket account.

2. Submit a ticket: From your account dashboard or support section, submit a ticket expressing your desire to cancel the service.

3. Include essential details: Your username and password must be included in the ticket to verify your identity and to proceed with the cancellation.

4. Settle outstanding charges: Before your cancellation request can be processed, you'll need to pay any outstanding charges on your account. This might include monthly service fees, add-ons, or other related charges.

5. Wait for confirmation: Once your ticket is submitted, and all outstanding charges are settled, our support team will process your cancellation request. You'll receive a confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.

Important Notes:

Cancellation Effects: A cancellation means the removal of all your materials from our systems and the deactivation of your services.

No Pro-rated Refunds: It's essential to note that DataPacket doesn't offer pro-rated refunds, regardless of your billing cycle or renewal. This means that if you cancel your service before the end of your billing cycle, you won't receive a refund for the unused days.
