While you can use third party DNS with your hosting service it's not recommended. The use of a third party DNS provider can affect the proper function of your Website or other hosting functions; mail, webmail & FTP if not setup correctly. In addition they can cause downtime that is out of our control. We do not provide support or SLA credits when third party DNS services are being used.
